Availability & Reservations

After reviewing Instructions for our new Availability & Reservations system, click on frolicking Dolphins below (to display available rental days for next twelve months, and by Condo).
INSTRUCTIONS |

Select a preferred Condo, lower or upper, (consider Condo Interior page photos) having available days wanted, and click RESERVE. Fill out the detailed Reservation form and Submit. Instantly the Cloud captures / reserves your Reservation Request (putting an "X" in those calendar days you selected).
Expect E-mail within 24 hours from our Office to:
- Acknowledge *Reservation Request;
- Advise **Total Charge/Deposit required;
- Provide a Reservation "Hold" expiration date and time;
- Request a phone call for your Deposit via credit card; and
- E-mail you Booking Confirmation with Reservation details once deposit received.
*7-night minimum for Feb. and Mar. (Sat. to Sat.). We may not accept a short Booking (several nights) during other high demand periods.
**Nightly Base Rates, although fixed and firm for twelve months, your final Total Charge will be determined by our Office.)
TIP: If insufficient available days in one condo, consider back-to-back booking in two condos. It's easy to move from one condo to another (all have the same floor plan, Gulf view, and basic amenities). See Flexibility under Rates & Terms.

Frequently we accomodate a Guest's request for earlier check-in than 4:00 PM. Please E-mail or call our Siesta Sands' Office the day before your Arrival Date if you desire early check-in.
