Being "DIRECTLY on-the-beach", we must comply with Lighting Ordinance for Sea Turtle Protection. 

• Turtle Nesting Season is May 1 through October 31;
• At night, hatchlings emerge from their nests buried in the sand using dim natural light to find the sea;  
• Lights from waterfront properties can disorient hatchlings from locating the sea;
• Thus, turtle compliant window tinting and special exterior lighting is required.
