One of our husband/wife Condo owners (who shall remain anonymous), now both retired, lives locally on a  championship golf course with lots of country club activities available daily.  They purchased their Condo in the early 90's (after vacationing there 7 times over three years).  It has been observed that when their Condo is not rented for a few days, they often jump in to get their "beach fix"!  They usually start their day with coffee on the Gulf-side Deck followed by breakfast at the Broken Egg in the Village; and as the day ends, begin their evening with the ritual of cocktails on our Gulf-side Deck to watch that large orange ball slowly disappear over the Gulf of Mexico. They have espoused: "It continues to amaze us that after all these years we never tire of Siesta Sands".  Thus, the "yearning to return" is not advertising "hype", but real!
