Air temperatures are moderated year round by Gulf water temperatures, especially on the beach. "Air Temperature Lows" are not as low, and "Air Temperature Highs" in May to September are not as high.
All because of our location ... we are directly on the World Famous Beach facing south, and on the island's westerly point where it extends furthest into the Gulf of Mexico. To view a map of our beach location, click Map & Directions here.

Gulf-side Deck |
|
Additionally, our Gulf-side Deck faces directly south receiving full sun year-round from about 10:30AM until sunset. In Winter months the temperature on our Deck may be as much as fifteen degrees warmer than street side (often in the mid-eighties!).
