Our winter Guests come mainly from north central and north eastern United States. We also have Guests from European countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Scotland, England, etc.  In the summer months, our Guests come from all over the nation because they are guaranteed a sunny beach daily and warm Gulf waters for swimming, and all at a very reasonable price. Many families drive down from up north to make their vacation more affordable.

Our Guests range from young honeymooner, to couples with young children, to "empty nester", to retiree.  A high percentage of Guests return for the same period year-after-year, and develop strong friendships with other "regulars".

Also, we have numerous Guests who come two and three times a year, year-after-year, for their vacation "getaway" (view our Guest Book ).

Further, some Guests rent multiple Condos for family get-together, vacations, weddings, other events, etc. as our large Gulf-side Deck accommodates family gatherings.

Often, as friendships are made on our Gulf-side Deck, you'll see Guests sharing cocktail hour together, followed by a Bar-B-Q grilled dinner, each contributing to the meal for the enjoyment of all.  And better still, the relaxed conversations and laughter that continues on the Gulf-side Deck ... long after the sun has set over the Gulf, and the cool and refreshing night air has settled in.

Almost every owner at one time was a repeat Guest before purchasing their Condo. They understand what drives our Guests to return year-after-year to Siesta Sands on the Beach!
